Отбасы банк перевел в цифровой формат проект
"С дипломом – в село"
Согласно приказа министерства национальной экономики Республики Казахстан с 1 апреля 2023 года поверенным агентом проекта "С дипломом – в село" назначен Отбасы банк (дочерняя организация Холдинга "Байтерек").
Проект предусматривает выдачу кредитов на приобретение или строительство жилья и выплату подъемного пособия.
Теперь, чтобы сэкономить время граждан и ускорить для них процесс получения данной господдержки, проект "С дипломом – в село" переведен в цифровой формат. Новые заявки от казахстанцев будут приниматься в режиме онлайн на портале недвижимости otbasybank.kz.
Исключить физические походы граждан в инстанции стало возможным благодаря интеграции Отбасы банка с государственными базами данных и использованию технологии Вlockchain.
Для того, чтобы подать заявку на участие в проекте "С дипломом – в село", ее участнику нужно будет зарегистрироваться на портале otbasybank.kz и подписать заявку с помощью ЭЦП.
Участвовать в программе могут казахстанцы любого возраста.Это специалисты здравоохранения, образования, социального обеспечения, культуры, спорта, агропромышленного комплекса, государственные служащие аппаратов акимов сельских округов (за исключением акимов и заместителей акимов).
Важно отметить, что районные акиматы и акиматы городов областного значения ежегодно формируют перечень востребованных в своем населенном пункте работников из вышеперечисленных специальностей. И именно в рамках этого перечня будет оказываться господдержка.
Максимальная сумма займа составляет до 1500 МРП, ставка по кредиту равна 0,01% (ГЭСВ – от 0,01% годовых).
Заем выдается на приобретение или строительство жилья в том населённом пункте, где специалист работает. Максимальный срок кредита - 15 лет. Главное условие – участник проекта должен отработать в сельской местности по специальности 3 года.
На данный момент такие кредиты уже получили 38 000 казахстанцев. Теперь эти займы в рамках проекта "С дипломом – в село" будут обслуживаться в Отбасы банке. Поэтому казахстанцам, имеющим эти кредиты, необходимо стать клиентами банка для того, чтобы своевременно погашать платежи и в дальнейшем не иметь просрочек или начисления пени.
Став клиентами банка, они также, без каких-либо изменений условий кредита, продолжат его оплачивать.
Стать клиентом банка можно несколькими способами:
- скачать мобильное приложение Otbasy bank и с его помощью открыть текущий счет и депозит;
- позвонить бесплатно с мобильного телефона на номер 300;
- обратиться в ближайшее отделение банка или консультационный центр.
В рамках проекта "С дипломом – в село" казахстанцы могут претендовать и на выплату подъемного пособия в размере 100 МРП. Подать заявку на этот вид господдержки также можно будет через платформу otbasybank.kz
Подать заявку на пособие и заявку на получение бюджетного кредита можно будет одновременно.
Дату старта приема заявок по проекту "С дипломом – в село!" банк сообщит дополнительно.

- provision of social support measures to specialists who have arrived to work and live in rural settlements in the form of a lifting allowance and budget loans;
- requirements for accepting project proposals from residents of the city through an online resource on the budget of public participation for the installation of equipment for children in public areas;
- employment of technical workers in a state body;
- micro-loans in rural areas;
- comprehensive plan of socio-economic development of the Abay region for 2023-2027;
- on the issue of the implementation of the electronic platform "Art-sport" in the city in terms of visiting free sports sections in the city.
The volume of industrial production amounted to 213.3 billion tenge, the index of industrial production – 115.6%.
The output of gross agricultural output reached 25.7 billion tenge. Physical volume index – 101.6%.
In January - February, 27.0 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned, retail turnover amounted to 61.8 billion tenge. Physical volume index – 104.9%.
