On September 21, 2021, in accordance with Article 113-1 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", documents were submitted to the Borodulikha Territorial Election Commission by Kudaibergenov Bakhtiyar Kopzhasarovich on the nomination of a candidate for the elections to the akims of the Zubair rural district, scheduled for October 17, 2021:
The Borodulikha territorial election Commission will establish the compliance of the candidate for the election to the akims of the Zubair rural district with the requirements imposed on them by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Law on Public Service on the basis of requests to the relevant authorities.
According to the calendar plan for the elections to the akims of the Zubair rural district, scheduled for October 17, 2021, candidates are nominated in the period from September 18 to October 1 of this year (until 18.00 hours).
