Shygys – Adaldyk alany

In East Kazakhstan, the project "Shygys – Adaldyk alany" is being actively implemented, the main priority of which is to increase citizens ' confidence in the institutions of state power, reduce the level of corruption and form a General rejection of this phenomenon. Within the framework of the project, specific mechanisms for preventing corruption are being implemented with the involvement of the entire society in this process. One of the elements of the system of anti-corruption measures is the formation of an anti-corruption culture in society. The fight against corruption is a matter for all citizens of our country.

Service akimat "Borodulikha-adaldyk alany" works to eliminate domestic corruption, protect the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens and society from corruption; improve the regulatory framework for the prevention, detection and suppression of corruption offenses; optimize forms, methods and means of combating corruption; interact with civil society structures.

The project "Borodulikha-adaldyk alany" is aimed at eliminating all manifestations of domestic corruption and all its forms in the provision of public services, to foster intolerance in society to its manifestations for a more comfortable life of the population.

In the framework of the project "Shygys – Amaldi Alay" in the building of akim of district functioning front office "Borodulikha-Amaldi Alai", the focus of their activities which is aimed at resolving issues in the provision of public services: education, health, social welfare, construction, housing and utilities.

To improve the legal literacy of the population, the Adal Komek project has been implemented since June 2020, within the framework of which live broadcasts are held with the participation of employees of state bodies. Weekly on Wednesdays, according to the approved schedule, 16 live broadcasts were held via the social network Instagram with a total coverage of 3,657 people. During the reporting period, 48 publications were posted on official websites and messengers: Instagram, Facebook, with the aim of forming an anti-corruption culture, instilling the values of honesty, decency, justice and increasing confidence in the institutions of state power.

The main goal of the service akimat "Borodulikha-adaldyk alany" is to form an anti - corruption culture, whose activities are aimed at preserving and strengthening the value system in society that reflects intolerance to corruption in the provision of public services. Without an anti-corruption culture, strong immunity to corruption, and public censure, it is impossible to achieve the desired result.

Anti-corruption is the most important area of work of all state bodies. But this issue will not be resolved if the public is not involved, if we do not address the causes of bribery, lobbying for private interests, and abuse of official position. The project "Borodulikha-Adaldyk alany" works by analyzing the systemic causes of corruption and involving the public and experts in anti-corruption measures.
