In the 1st quarter of this year, the project "Reconstruction of water supply networks in the village of Novaya Shulba (1st stage)"was completed. Due to the lack of confirmed water supplies, at the initial stage it is planned to provide water to socially significant objects of the village of Novaya Shulba with coverage of adjacent streets. A competition has been announced for conducting expertise on the developed project.
A positive expert opinion was received on the project "Reconstruction of water supply networks in the village of zenkovka" worth 451 million tenge. 150 million tenge was allocated from the national budget for construction works and 500 thousand tenge from the district budget .tenge.
In April 2018, work began on the development of design and estimate documentation for the construction of the third stage of the water pipeline in the village of Borodulikha, which should cover the forestry, DEU, Druzhby street and the site of the former Kazselkhoztechnika. According to the results of the competition, Sentral Asia Industrial Company LLP was determined as the designer.
For the 1st quarter of 2018, the following results were achieved for the main indicators:
Housing commissioning – 814 m2. The growth compared to the same period in 2017 was 101.1 %;
The volume of construction works – 424.9 million tenge, an increase compared to the previous period (272.3 million tenge) - 150.3%

In November 2017, the object "Reconstruction of water supply networks in the village of Kamyshenka"was put into operation. Funds allocated from the national and regional budgets in the amount of 333.108 million tenge have been fully utilized. The total length of networks with connections to consumers was 23 km. 285 consumers are fully connected and use high-quality drinking water.
At the expense of the saved funds, additional works were carried out on laying asphalt with an area of 2284m2 at the entrance to the village.
In accordance with the requirements of the Program "Nurly jer" in terms of maintenance of building engineering services, developed and passed the examination of the projects: "Construction of engineering infrastructure (water,sewer) at the street Kazakhstan in Borodulikha village of Borodulikha district of EKR" cost of 27.5 million tenge and "the Construction of engineering infrastructure (electricity) street Kazakhstan in Borodulikha village of Borodulikha district of East Kazakhstan region", worth 15.4 million tenge.
Project work is underway on the project " Reconstruction of water supply networks in the village of Novaya Shulba.1st stage". The project "Reconstruction of water supply networks in the village of zenkovka" with a preliminary cost of 432.6 million tenge is at the stage of completion of the examination.
The contractor-Semeygidrogeologiya LLP is working to find and confirm water reserves in the following localities of the district: Zhernovka,Peremenovka,Burkotovo, Mikhailichenkovo, Andronovka, Polonovka, Borovlyanka, Sakhnovka, Uspenka ,Petropavlovsk.
By 2018 the construction of five semi-detached houses in Mihailichenkovo, development of design-estimate documentation for construction of the third stage of plumbing in the village Borodulikha, which should include the forestry, DAEWOO ,ul Friendship and the plot of land of Kazselhoztehnika.It is also planned to develop a POI for the construction of a water pipeline in the village of Peremenovka, in case of receiving officially confirmed water reserves.
