Borodulikha district Department of East Kazakhstan regional branch of SCPP operates in accordance with the "regulations On the East Kazakhstan regional branch and the regional branch of Republican state enterprise "State center for pension payments" of the Ministry of labour and social protection of population of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

Almira Kadyrbayevna Baibolova was born on August 9, 1976. Graduated from the Semipalatinsk Institute of business and entrepreneurship with a degree in Finance and credit. After graduation, she worked in the Borodulikha district "Department of agriculture and processing industry" as an economist and accountant. Since October 2000, she has been appointed head of the Borodulikha branch of the gtsvp.

The head of the Department is personally responsible for organizing the activities and ensuring the functioning of the Department.

The Department has a staff of 8 specialists.

Working hours of the Department: daily from 9.00 to 18.00, with a lunch break from 13.00 to 14.00, except weekends (Saturday, Sunday) and public holidays.

Reception of citizens: from 9.00 am to 13.00 PM. From 13.00 hours to 14.00 hours, the reception of citizens is conducted by specialists on duty. Visitors who come from far away are accepted on the day of the request.

4. Formation of lists of statements of recipients of pensions and benefits from the Republican budget and JSC "State social insurance Fund", with further transfer to the second-level Bank.
5. control over the payment of pensions and allowances in accordance with the agreement with second-tier banks.
6. keeping records of actual payments of pensions, allowances and social benefits, providing the Branch with information about pensions, allowances and social benefits paid, the number of recipients of pensions and benefits, taking into account monthly updates.
7. Providing consulting and other types of services to accumulative pension funds and other organizations that meet the statutory goals of the Center.
8. Information and consulting services for the population on the payment of pensions, allowances and social payments from the Republican budget and JSC "State social insurance Fund".
9. Acceptance from the agent for payment of mandatory pension contributions of an application for the return of mistakenly credited mandatory pension contributions and (or) penalties and an application for confirmation of the employee's contract for pension provision at the expense of mandatory pension contributions.
