Attention of employers
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on employment of the population" of April 6, 2016 provides for the creation of special jobs for disabled people, which will be subsidized from the budget. Subsidies are provided to employers in order to reimburse the cost of purchasing, installing and installing equipment to equip special workplaces.
Special workspaces for the employment of disabled people - workspaces equipped with the individual capabilities of the disabled person.
By order of the Minister of health and social development of June 14, 2016, No. 519, in accordance with the law, the standards of the workplace of the disabled were approved.
By order of the Minister of labor and social protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 280 dated August 28, 2017, the Rules and conditions for subsidizing the costs of employers who create special jobs for the employment of disabled people were approved.
The employment center will collect applications from employers who create special jobs for the upcoming financial year based on the funding limit.
The application must be accompanied by:
certificate or copy of the certificate of state registration (re-registration) of a legal entity;
cost estimates for the equipment of special workplaces.
Employers can apply for the creation of special jobs through the State Internet resource "Electronic labor exchange". The portal provides a tab for filling out an online application with an attached cost estimate.
Subsidies are provided to employers who create special jobs in accordance with an agreement concluded between the employment center and the employer.
