Yulia V. sutormina - head of Finance Department was born on April 14, 1980 in the Semipalatinsk region of Novo-Shulba district in the village of Novaya Shulba, Russian. Education-higher, in 2001 graduated from Semipalatinsk State University. Shakarima graduated from Semipalatinsk Kazakh financial and economic Institute with a degree in Economics in 2007.
She started her career in September 2001 as a Secretary in the Borodulikha CRH, where she worked until October 2002. from October 2004 to January 2005, she worked as an economist, a leading specialist in the district health Department of the Borodulikha district. In January 2005, she was appointed chief specialist of the office of the mayor of Borodulikha rural district. From January 2009 to December 2010-Deputy head of the financial Department of Borodulikha district, in December 2010 she was transferred to the chief specialist of the Finance Department of Borodulikha district.
