Automation of the procedure for queuing children and issuing referrals to preschool organizations in all regions.
In order to solve the problems of priority in preschool organizations and automate the process of forming and functioning of the queue and issuing directions in all (100%) organizations of preschool education, a system of automatic distribution of priority and issuing directions to kindergartens has been introduced. In 2022, 4,703 referrals were issued with the help of an automated program from August 1 to August 31. Work has been carried out on the integration of systems with the National Educational Database (NOBD). Data from information systems is transmitted to NOBD. Thus, corruption risks are excluded in terms of filling in and providing data on the contingent, personnel of educational institutions.
Automation of public services for the reception of children in the organization of secondary education.
The state service "Acceptance of documents and enrollment in educational organizations, regardless of departmental subordination, for training in general education programs of primary, basic secondary, general secondary education" has been automated. In 2022, in the period from April 1 to August 1, 10611 first-graders were admitted to school using this system.

In the 2022-2023 academic year, work continued on filling in the system of electronic journals and diaries by schools in the region "Күнделік.kz ".
In order to ensure the stable operation of educational organizations using distance learning technologies during the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, schools that switched to distance education were trained using platforms such as Online mektep.kz, Daryn.online.kz, Edupage, etc.
To ensure the smooth operation of distance learning technologies by the company "Bilim Media Group" (Online platform mektep.kz ) and Daryn.online LLP have servers installed on the territory of the region.
Online training webinars on the use of these online modules in the educational process were regularly held for teachers of the region. The seminars were attended by teachers of general education institutions, specialists of education departments responsible for the organization of distance learning in schools.
Use of digital educational resources.
In 2022, 301 (100%) schools of the region are connected to digital educational resources "BilimLand", a complex of virtual training according to the UNT preparation program "ITest", and "iMektep" - an audiovisual work - an animated film. On an ongoing basis, work is underway to increase the activity of using digital educational resources. Online meetings and seminars on the use of digital educational resources for teachers of schools in the region were held.
