In the field of Abai, much attention is paid to the development of intellectual and creative abilities of students, work is being done to create conditions for the identification and development of gifted children.
In the 2021-2022 academic year, 137 students became winners of intellectual Olympiads: regional – 137, republican – 23, international – 10. 437 students became winners of scientific projects: 407 at the regional stage, 24 at the republican stage, 6 at the international stage.
356 graduates became winners of the Elbasy medal: gold – 33, silver – 225, bronze - 98.
Traditionally, students of grades 5-6 of rural schools tested their knowledge in the national intellectual Olympiad "Myn Bala". 4228 students of the region took part in the I stage, 163 students passed to the II stage. In the second round, 14 students became winners. Of these, 8 students received grants in specialized lyceums, gymnasiums of the region without competitive selection: "Bilim innovation" - 3, specialized schools "Daryn" - 3.
