There is a printed publication-the district socio-political newspaper "Beskaragay tynysy". The publication is published in the state and Russian languages 1 time a week (Wednesday).
The district branch of the Nur Otan party operates. The number of members of the "Nur Otan" party is 1618 people.
In 2019 all activities in the district was held under the auspices of the Youth Year, the 30th anniversary of withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan, the 20th anniversary of the founding of the party "Nur Otan", the 200th anniversary of the great Kazakh musician, composer Kurmangazy include, the 125th anniversary of the poet, dramatist, classic of Kazakh literature, Ilyas Zhansugurov, the 125th anniversary of the writer-satirist, playwright, one of the founders of Kazakh Soviet literature - Beimbet mailin the 125th anniversary of poet, writer, statesman, and founder of the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan Saken Seifullin.

From August 31 to October 26, 2019, Days of rural districts of Beskaragay district under the motto "Auylym – Altyn besigim" were held on the territory of the village of Beskaragay, dedicated to the celebration of the 175th anniversary of Abay Kunanbayev in 2020.
To cover the celebration of the anniversary events, work was carried out to publish materials about various events in the district newspaper "Beskaragay tynysy", on the official website of the district mayor, on national and regional TV channels. Facebook instagram, Odnoklassniki, V Kontakt, Facebook and WhatsApp are widely covered in social networks of the Beskaragay district akim's Office.
There are 19 libraries in Beskaragay district. The total book stock is 175.8 thousand copies.
In the libraries of Beskaragay, Gunboat and Malo-Vladimirovka villages, there are "Online centers" for supporting entrepreneurship.
The district has a house of Friendship, a house of Veterans, and a Youth resource center, whose activities are aimed at promoting the preservation and strengthening of inter-religious and inter-ethnic stability, peace, harmony and understanding between representatives of 28 nationalities.
There are 4 ethno-cultural associations at the house of friendship: "District Tatar cultural center "Bashkul", Slavic ECO, German ECO, Kazakh Association, and the youth club"Dosstar".
All work is carried out in accordance with the Doctrine of national unity, the tasks set by the Head of State at the sessions of the Assembly, the national idea "Mangilik El".
The district has CSE "Center of languages learning of Beskaragai area". In 2019, 122 people were trained at the Center, including 26 civil servants and 96 employees of budget organizations. 210 people were involved in 2-month courses "Tilashar". A total of 332 students were trained. The overall language proficiency score was 83%.
English language training continues among the population and civil servants. This year, 58 students were trained, including 9 civil servants, 27 public sector employees, and 22 people in the English club. Intermediate and final exams in English were held. The overall figure was 80%.
In 2019, 77 people took part in diagnostic testing using the "KazTest" system, 26 people received a certificate of the state sample "KazTest".
In 2019, the language training center at the district level held 33 events on topical issues of language development and creating a language environment.
The year 2020 presents us with new challenges. We will have to implement new development opportunities outlined by the Head of state in the annual Address to the people of Kazakhstan. Beskaragai district, like other districts, has always been the economic and political backbone of the country.
