The right to lease land plots to small businesses for 5 land plots with an area of 8.32 hectares with an estimated value of 1257.0 thousand tenge was sold.
For the current period, 13 agricultural land plots with a total area of 3.06 thousand hectares were granted for conducting peasant (farm) farming and commercial agricultural production.
In 2018, the Department of land relations received 137 requests from citizens and legal entities.
The district akimat adopted 92 resolutions on land issues. 202 land lease agreements, 41 agreements on the right of temporary gratuitous land use, 7 purchase and sale agreements with individuals and legal entities were concluded.
In 2018, 47 land lease agreements with a total area of 9467.4 ha, including 640.4 ha of arable land, were terminated by agreement of the parties.
The security of identification documents for owners and land users of land plots is 100 %.
