EGKN: 100 million requests in a year and a half

Since the launch of the Unified State Real Estate Cadastre (USREC) information system, 100 million requests for information have been processed. The platform is becoming increasingly popular and convenient for Kazakhstanis.

The leader in the number of requests was a certificate of absence of real estate for individuals - 44 million of them were issued.

Let us recall that USREC, introduced on July 1, 2023, combined data from the land and legal cadastres, making the process of obtaining public services in the field of real estate and land relations simpler and more convenient. Today, the system provides 8 real estate services and 4 land cadastre services. Among them are obtaining duplicates of title documents, technical passports, cadastral passports for land plots, as well as registration of digital mortgages on a public cadastral map.

One of the key changes was the unification of the technical passport for real estate and the act for a land plot into a single document - a cadastral passport. Since the launch of the system, 813,716 such passports have been issued.

The modern digital ecosystem of the Unified State Register of Real Estate provides convenient access to services, thanks to integration with mobile applications and platforms of second-tier banks. It should be noted that the Unified State Register of Real Estate has become an important step in the development of the country's digital infrastructure, opening up new opportunities for citizens.
