Military sports competitions
On December 8, 2023, at the KSU “Multidisciplinary Kazakh school gymnasium”, military sports competitions were held among students in grades 10-11 of city schools, dedicated to the holiday “Independence Day” and the memory of the Hero of Independent Kazakhstan Erkin Baygabulov, winner of the Order of Aibyn II, medal “For Military Merit” "Tajik-Afghan border" Pshekhavar Gorge. At the opening ceremony, the head of the district education department N. Azimbaev, the father of the late Erkin Tokhtar Zhalbasovich, veteran of the Tajik-Afghan war S. Dyusenov expressed warm words of gratitude and wished success to the participants. The school staff threw a cap over Erkin’s father’s shoulders. Since Erkin Baygabylov is a graduate of the KSU “Kazakh School Gymnasium named after K. Boztaev”, from next year, these competitions will become traditional and will be held at the KSU “Kazakh School Gymnasium named after K. Boztaev” . The head of educational work of the KSU "Kazakh school-gymnasium named after K. Boztaev" K. Sharipov took the baton. The event was attended by Erkin’s friends, front-line soldiers.
The purpose of the competition: - strengthening moral, patriotic feelings, signs of a modern lifestyle;
- Strengthening friendship between students;
- Increasing the importance of patriotic education;
The types of competitions consisted of the following stages:
Pull-ups on the bar (2 boys);
Assembling and disassembling the AK-74 training machine gun (for a while) – (1 boy, 1 girl);
“Press” (1 girl);
"Burpee" - (2 boys);
The winners of the competition were the team of KSU “Secondary school No. 6 with a boarding school”, 2nd place was taken by the team of KSU “Multidisciplinary Kazakh school gymnasium”, 3rd place was taken by the team of KSU “Secondary school No. 1”. Leaders of the winning teams A. Edilbaev, R Amankeldy, D. Baimukanov were awarded diplomas from the education department for the good preparation of the teams for the competition. Students who performed well at these competitions will be included in the district team and will begin preparing for the regional military sports competition “Aibyn”.
The winners and runners-up of the competition were awarded a challenge cup, certificates, and medals from the district education department.
