On the early termination of the powers of maslikhats of all levels

In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 86 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, paragraph 3 of Article 101 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 2 of Article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" I DECIDE: 1. Early termination of the powers of maslikhats of all levels. 2. The Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take measures to appoint, organize the preparation and conduct of extraordinary elections of deputies of maslikhats of all levels. 3. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, akims of the cities of Astana, Almaty, Shymkent and regions to take measures for organizational, logistical and financial support of early elections of maslikhat deputies of all levels. 4.
