How to close an LLP in Kazakhstan ⠀

Being an entrepreneur is a daring and risky business. Not everyone is successful the first time around. Sometimes it happens that a business does not go well and needs to be closed. Here it is important to do it legally correctly, so that later the representatives of government agencies would not have any questions to you. ⠀

Today we will tell you how you can close your LLP. This can be done in two ways: ⠀

Via Еgov.kz: ⠀

- Log in to the portal and search for the service "State registration of termination of a legal entity, deregistration of a branch and representative office." Order the service online. ⠀

- Fill out the applications and attach scans of documents. If you are a manager, sign the service with a digital signature. ⠀

- Pay the state fee for the service. ⠀

Through the PSC: ⠀

- Book the queue in advance via telegram bot, Egov.kz or contact center 1414.⠀

- At the operator of the PSC, submit an application for state registration of the liquidation of a legal entity. Have all the necessary documents with you. ⠀
