The PSC specialists offered the residents of Ayagoz district an alternative way to deregister them at their place of residence

Today, deregistration at the place of residence is an urgent public service, therefore the specialists of the PSC offered the residents of the region quick and convenient options for this service.

If you are a homeowner, you have the opportunity to remove a citizen registered with you from permanent or temporary registration. This can be done in two ways.

The first way is through the electronic portal eGov.kz. To do this, you need to log in to the Egov.kz portal and find the service "Deregistration at the place of residence of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan" through a search engine. Then request the service online and confirm the address data. Select from the list of registered ones whom you want to remove from registration. Next, you need to sign the request using a one-time SMS password or EDS. The results of the service will be displayed in the personal account of the portal. If there are co-owners of housing, they must confirm your actions in their personal account. ⠀

The second way is through service to the population. For this, first book an online queue at the PSC, and come 20 minutes before the appointed time. It is necessary to write an application for the service from the operator, indicating the IIN of the person being discharged. In five minutes, the person will be removed from registration. The main thing is that when ordering a service through the PSC, you must know the IIN of the person being discharged.

“You can book a time for visiting on the eGov.kz e-government portal, via the EgovKzBot2.0 Telegram bot, through a single contact center 1414 or the EgovMobile mobile application,” recalled Moldir Zaratovna, press secretary of the “Government for Citizens” branch in East Kazakhstan region.

It is also worth recalling that obtaining an electronic digital signature (EDS) and registering a phone number is available remotely, in an online format.
