Since the beginning of the year, East Kazakhstanis have registered more than 4 thousand cars online

Since the beginning of 2021, East Kazakhstan car owners have received more than 4 thousand state services through special PSCs on their own. Of these, about 3 thousand citizens have re-registered the vehicle and more than 1200 have replaced their driver's license online. While last year, residents of East Kazakhstan region through the egov.kz portal reissued 1,566 cars and received 800 driver's licenses. This means that car owners of the East Kazakhstan region began to receive services online more often.
The car re-registration service is available on the egov.kz portal in the "Transport and Communications" section. To receive it online, the seller needs to log in to the egov.kz portal using an EDS, enter information about the car sold, send a request to check for fines and tax debts. If available, make a payment through the e-government portal. Sign the application with an EDS. After that, the buyer will be able to familiarize himself with the application in his personal account on the e-government portal, where, after checking the fines, you can proceed to paying the state fees for license plates, technical passport and registration fee. The buyer confirms the transaction with his EDS. He will only have to go to the special center for numbers and a registration certificate.
“Car owners appreciated all the advantages of digitalization and began to receive services more often on the portal than in the special PSC. Receiving services online is already a kind of trend. And we are pleased with the fact that this trend is followed not only by those citizens who need ordinary e-certificates, but also by car owners, ”said Azamat Yesembulov, director of the“ Government for Citizens ”branch in the East Kazakhstan region.
Recall that car re-registration is also available online in the Kaspi.kz application. After completing the online transaction, you can order the delivery of documents and a state number plate to your home on the "Electronic Government" portal or pick them up yourself at a special PSC. To date, the specialists of the special cars have registered more than 2 thousand cars through the application.
