If the smell of gas appears in the apartment, you must:
- immediately stop using the gas appliance;
- open windows or vents to ventilate the room;
- call the emergency servict of the gas industry by phone «104» or «112» (call outside the gas – filled room);
- do not light a fire, do not smoke;
- do not turn on or off electric lighting and electrical appliances;
- do not use an electric call.
If you detect the smell of gas in the basement, entance, in the yard, on the street, you must:
- notify others about the precautions;
- report to the emergency gas service by phone
«104» or «112» from an unpassed place;
- take measures to remove people from the gas contamination zone;
- prevent the switching on and off electric lighting, the appearance of open fire and sparks;
