On the basis of the recommendations of the members of the commission on The heard reports, instructions were given. The head of the Department of internal policy, culture and language development of the district has developed and approved a media plan for conducting information and explanatory work in order to form an anti-corruption culture in the Abay district.

The head of the District Department of internal policy, culture and language development was instructed to implement a state social order in 2024 in order to form an anti-corruption culture in Abay district, in accordance with which the state social order was executed. The work done at the moment:

In the village of Karaul, Abay District, 4 banners on the theme "Fight Against Corruption" were posted on billboards.
Special handouts were prepared and issued in the amount of 500 copies.
Within the framework of the project, a special mobile group held a meeting in 10 educational institutions of the district and provided information on this topic. The event was attended by more than 300 students and young people.

Other planned work on the project is still being carried out and is under control.

All independent departments, akimats of rural districts, quasi-public sector organizations were instructed to strictly comply with the requirements of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on public procurement, to constantly provide information on public procurement, budget development in all institutions during the organization of internal analysis, as well as to ensure high-quality and full-fledged implementation of the map of implementation of projects of the standard basic direction No. 4 (TBN).

         Heads of independent departments of the district were instructed and executed to conduct explanatory work among civil servants and candidates for entering the civil service in order to prevent corruption offenses.
