Burkhan Nurlanovich Muratov was born on September 9, 1993 in the village of Karaul in the Abai district of the East Kazakhstan region. He has two higher educations. In 2015, he graduated from Semipalatinsk Shakarim State University with a degree in Veterinary Sanitation, and in 2017 from Kazakhstan Innovation University with a degree in Law.
