Eskendirov Ersin Kadirbekovich was born on December 28, 1985 in the village of Aksuat Aksuat district of Semipalatinsk region.
In 2003 he graduated from the K. Nurbayev Estate School;
In 2005 he graduated from the Semipalatinsk College of Law and Business, with a degree in law, in 2009 he graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University, with a degree in jurisprudence;
In 2009 he graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University, majoring in Jurisprudence, in 2020 he graduated from the S. Amanzholov EKSU with a degree in Economics and Business.
He started his career in 2005 as a senior inspector at the Tarbagatai district State Pension Payment Center.

2012. Chief Specialist Lawyer of the East Kazakhstan Region Veterinary Control and Supervision Committee;

From 2015 to 2020, he was the chief of Staff of the akim of Tarbagatai district, East Kazakhstan Region;
In 2020-2021, he worked as the head of the Department of Employment and Social Programs;
From January 12, 2021 to September 12, 2022, he worked as deputy akim of Tarbagatai district, East Kazakhstan Region;
From September 16, 2022 to April 04, 2024, Deputy akim of Aksuat district, Abay Region;
From 04.04.2024 - 03.06.2024, Head of the Department for Mobilization Training and Civil Protection of the Abai region;
from June to December 2024, Deputy akim of Aksuat district, Abay Region;
Starting from December 12, 2024, he was appointed akim of Aksuat district, Abay Region.
