Mission: The Management implements state policy in the area of industrial regulation.
Tasks: state supervision over compliance with the labour legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, requirements on safety and labor safety.
Functions:
1. state supervision over compliance with the labour legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including on requirements on safety and labor safety;
2. monitoring of collective agreements, provided by the employee;
3. analysis of causes of employment injuries, occupational diseases, occupational poisoning and development of offers on their prevention;
