Born on May 18, 1981 in Semipalatinsk city.
He received a versatile education in Kazakh and foreign educational institutions: Marshalltown College (USA) with a specialty “Political Science”, L.N. Gumilev Eurasian National University with a specialty “International Law” (2004), La Sapienza University (Italy) with a master's degree in “Geopolitics”, “Kokshe” Academy with a bachelor's degree in “psychology”.
He has the qualifications of a political scientist, lawyer, Master of Geopolitics and International Security.
He has completed internships and advanced training courses in the USA, Singapore, Belgium, Japan, and the Netherlands.
Career
He started his career as a student. During his internship in the United States, he worked in the election headquarters for the congressional elections, as well as in the presidential campaign.
In 2000-2001, he worked as an assistant to Congressman Mark Smith (USA), in the Government of Iowa (USA).
In 2002-2004, he actively participated in the implementation of the youth policy of Kazakhstan.
In 2006-2008 he worked in JSC "SDF "Kazyna".
