Born on July 28, 1980, in the city of Karaganda.
Graduated from Karaganda State University named after E. Buketov (2001) with a degree in «International Economic Relations»
Previously held the position of Managing Director for New Projects at JSC «NC «KTZ»
The Minister's career began as a leading specialist in the apparatus of the Akim of Temirtau (2001-2002). He worked as an attaché at the Investment Committee and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2002-2003), as well as an attaché and third secretary at the Embassy of Kazakhstan in the Russian Federation (2003-2006).
He served as Head of the Department, Deputy Director of the Department of Transport Policy and International Cooperation at the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Kazakhstan (2006-2007), Deputy Head and then Head of the Apparatus of the RSE «Aktau International Sea Trade Port» (2007-2009), Deputy Director of the Department of Administrative Work, State Work, and Public Procurement of the Ministry of Transport and Communications (2009).
He held the positions of Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan (04.11.2009), Deputy Akim of the Kazbek Bi District in Karaganda (12.2009-12.2010), Advisor to the Akim of Karaganda Region (12.2010-01.2011), and Akim of Shakhtinsk, Karaganda Region (01.2011-01.2013).
He also worked as Deputy Akim of Astana (01.2013-11.2014), Chairman of the Board of JSC «SPK Astana» (12.2014-2016), Deputy Director for Strategic Development at LLP «Novostroy Astana» (2016-2020), and Managing Director for Supply at JSC «NC «KTZ» (04.2021-01.2022).
