Training of citizens in military-technical and other specialties is carried out in the RSE "Military-Technical School of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan" on a gratuitous basis, in accordance with the needs of the Armed Forces and on a reimbursable basis with full or partial reimbursement of training costs.
RSE "Military Technical School of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan" organizationally consists of 13 branches located in the cities of Almaty, Taldykorgan, Taraz, Shymkent, Kyzylorda, Semey, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Pavlodar, Aktobe, Atyrau, Uralsk, Karaganda, Kokshetau.
The recruitment of the branches of the Military School by citizens is carried out by local military authorities in accordance with the plan for the training of military-technical specialists, which is approved by the First Deputy Minister of Defense – Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Citizens who are fit for military service for health reasons, aged from seventeen and a half years to twenty-six years, who are subject to conscription after graduation or enrolled in the mobilization reserve, are involved on a gratuitous basis.
On a reimbursable basis , the following are involved:
1) citizens aged from 24 to 27 years of age who are fit or limited for health reasons for military service, including those who have a deferral from conscription for military service;
2) liable for military service, fit for military service.
The training of the military reserve is included in the Register of Public Services approved by the order of the Acting Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry dated January 31
2020 No. 39/NK.
Acceptance of documents and issuance of the result of the provision of public services are carried out through the web portal of "electronic government".
The terms of rendering the state service from the moment of delivery of the package of documents by the service recipient are 42 working days;
Payment for training by conscripts (conscripts) trained on a reimbursable basis is made by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Enterprise. The tuition fee is 305,000 tenge.
