The Embassy and the Permanent Mission carry out their activity in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 18 April 1961, the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 24 April 1963, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 7 March 2002 "On Diplomatic Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Regulations on Diplomatic and Equivalent Mission of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 4 February 2004 and other regulatory legal acts and international treaties.
The diplomatic mission represents political, trade, economic and other interests of the Republic of Kazakhstan in relations with the accreditation countries and international organizations as well as ensures protection of rights and interests of the Republic of Kazakhstan, its citizens and legal entities in the accreditation countries.
