Consular section is open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 09.30 am to 12.30 pm for application and from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm for collection of documents.

Wednesday - non reception day.

Saturday, Sunday and holidays by Kazakhstan calendar are days off.
