The Consulate General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Munich has been operating since 2019 (previously from 2005 to 2013, the Honorary Consulate was located in Wolfratshausen and from 2013 to 2019, the Consulate of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Munich). The consular district includes the largest Federal States of Germany: Bavaria and Thuringia.
The main activity of the Consulate General is to protect the rights and interests of the Republic of Kazakhstan, its citizens and legal entities, as well as to promote todevelopment of trade, economic, scientific, technical, cultural and humanitarian cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the abovementioned federal states of the Federal Republic of Germany.
