Requesting documents from Kazakhstan

1. Completed form;
2. Three copies of the completed questionnaire (answers in the questionnaire must be given fully and accurately in Kazakh or Russian, or with Kazakh or Russian translation);
3. A copy of the proof of identity of an applicant, a legal representative or a trustee;
4. A copy of the document confirming the relationship of the applicant with the person in respect of whom the documents are requested (if necessary);
5. An original document confirming the rights of a legal representative or a trustee (if documents are requested by a legal representative who has the right to receive them on your behalf);
6. Consent of the applicant, legal representative or trustee to the collection and processing of personal data;
7. A copy of the requested document (if available).

• Death certificates can be requested by the relatives of the deceased or by legal entities for official purposes.
• Birth Certificates for children under 16 can be requested by parents, adoptive parents, guardians, trustees or the administration of children's institutions.

The Consular Section is not able to provide the following documents:

1. Repeated marriage certificates and divorce decrees, if they are not issued for the applicant;
2. Marriage certificate, if marriage is dissolved;
3. Birth certificate for deceased;
4. Requests, shipment or export applications for the original and copies of military ID cards and service ID cards.

The period for requesting documents from the Republic of Kazakhstan is 3 months or more.

£25 to be paid by card on the day of the submission of documents.

• If you need to get an apostille on the requested document, the additional payment of consular fee is £30;
• Сonsular fees are non-refundable according to The Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget (Tax Code)" paragraph 7 article 629.
