Маслихат Карабалыкского района

The local representative body (maslikhat) is an elected body elected by the population of the district, expressing the will of the population and, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, determining the measures necessary for its implementation and controlling their implementation.

The procedure of the maslikhat's activity is determined by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", other legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Regulations of the Maslikhat.
