Department of Passenger Transport and Highways of Kostanay region

The state institution "Department of passenger transport and highways of the Kostanay region akimat" is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that provides guidance in the field of passenger transport and highways.

Submit proposals for the consideration of the akim, akimat of the region and regional maslikhat on issues related to the competence of the state institution " management of passenger transport and highways of the akimat of Kostanay region»;

request and receive information from the relevant state bodies, organizations, institutions and enterprises within their competence to perform the tasks assigned to the state institution "Department of passenger transport and highways of the Kostanay region akimat";

provide explanations to legal entities and individuals on issues related to the competence of the state institution " Department of passenger transport and highways of the akimat of Kostanay region»;

to be a plaintiff and a defendant in court on issues related to the competence of the state institution " Department of passenger transport and highways of the akimat of Kostanay region»;

perform other rights and obligations in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
