The Office of the Akim of Altynsarin District

The founder of public institution "akim's Apparatus of Altynsarin area" is akimat of Altynsarin district.

SI "akim's Apparatus of Altynsarin area" is a legal entity in organizational - legal form of state establishment, has seals and stamps with its name in state language, forms of the established sample in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan accounts in the Treasury bodies.

Location: 110110, Republic of Kazakhstan, Kostanay region, Altynsarinsky district, Ubaganskoe village, Lenin street, 4.

The mission of the state institution "akim's Apparatus of Altynsarin area" is to ensure a qualitative and timely informational – analytical, organizational – legal and material – technical functioning of activity of akim and akimat of the district.

Tasks:

1) implementation of the policy of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on protection and strengthening of state sovereignty, constitutional system, security, territorial integrity of the Republic of Kazakhstan, rights and freedoms of citizens;

2) implementation of the strategy of socio-economic development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, implementation of the main directions of state, socio-economic policy and management of social and economic processes in the district, ensuring for this purpose the coordinated functioning of all local Executive authorities;

3) implementation of measures to strengthen the rule of law and order, increase the level of legal awareness of citizens and their active civil position in the socio-political life of the country;

4) other tasks stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
