Alnazarova Akmaral Sharipbaevna was born in 1971 in Kyzylorda.
She graduated from the Almaty State Medical Institute with a degree in Pediatrics and holds a Doctor of Medical Sciences degree.
Dr. Alnazarova began her career as an Emergency room doctor at the City Children's Hospital in Kyzylorda,
