Department of Culture of West Kazakhstan region

The state institution "Department of culture of the West Kazakhstan region" (hereinafter-the Department) is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that manages the field (s) of culture and art in the West Kazakhstan region, financed from the regional budget.

The Department is founded by the akimat of the West Kazakhstan region. The rights of the subject of communal property rights in relation to Management are exercised by the state institution "Department of Finance of the West Kazakhstan region".

The Department carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.
