Department of State Architectural and Construction Control

Mission: implementation of state policy in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities.
Tasks:implementation of state architectural and construction control, licensing and certification in the territory of the region; inspection of objects under construction in the territory of the region.
Functions: monitoring of objects under construction (reconstructed, expanded, modernized, repaired) and put into operation; implementation of state architectural and construction control and supervision over the quality of construction of objects, application of administrative measures established by the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative offenses to violators of architectural and urban planning discipline; licensing in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities; making decisions on applying to violators of the provided legislative measures in connection with violations and deviations from the norms of legislation, state regulatory requirements, conditions and restrictions established in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities; certification of experts for the right to carry out expert work and engineering services in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities; control over the activities of technical and copyright supervision; conducting inspections in accordance with the Business code of the Republic of Kazakhstan; accreditation of project management organizations in the field of architecture, urban planning and construction; monitoring compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on equity participation in housing construction and housing legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
