
On February 2, the Anti-Corruption Policy Concept of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2022-2026 and Action Plan for its implementation were endorsed by the Decree of the President No. 802.
The strategic document, developed by the Anti-Corruption Service, follows international standards and takes into account proposals of the civil society, business community, government agencies as well as members of public.
The Concept aims at the transition from the fight against the consequences of corruption to the systematic elimination of its prerequisites and formation of strong anti-corruption immunity across the society.
The Action Plan provides for a specific list of measures to implement the provisions of the Concept aimed at solving the following tasks:
1) formation of intolerance to corruption;
2) elimination of opportunities for corruption;
3) improving measures to ensure inevitability of liability;
4) strengthening the role of civil society in combating corruption;
5) ensuring effective monitoring of the implementation of anti-corruption measures;
6) further improvement of the activities of the authorized anti-corruption authority.
Everyone can contribute to the achievement of the intended goals of the Anti-Corruption Policy Concept of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2022-2026.

The Anti-Corruption Policy Concept of the Republic of Kazakhstan for
2022-2026 refers to the documents of the State Planning System.
In line with the established state planning requirements (Government Decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 29, 2017 No. 790), the Agency will post a progress report on the implementation of the Concept on this website in May of each year.
