The Public Corporation employee receives a written consent of a service recipient to use the information constituting a legally protected secret contained in information systems when providing public services, unless otherwise provided by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan
When a service recipient applies to the Public Corporation or to a service provider through a third party or legal representative, in addition to the above documents, a third party or legal representative should submit the following:

The following documents are to be submitted to a service provider by a service recipient (individual or legal entity) determined by a judicial act that has entered into legal force, in order to receive pension savings of a person who has pension savings in the Unified Pension Savings Fund:
As to applications registered at the Public Corporation, the Public Corporation informs an applicant about making a pension payment in connection with reaching retirement age by sending an SMS notification to a mobile phone number of a service recipient specified in an application (if any) no later than one business day following the day of transfer of pension payment to a recipient's bank account.
As to applications of persons with disabilities of the first and second groups indefinitely, family members of a deceased person with pension savings, or persons who carried out the burial, foreigners, stateless persons who have left for permanent residence outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, heirs of pension savings of the deceased person registered by the service provider, a service provider informs an applicant about making a pension payment by sending an SMS notification to a mobile phone number of a service recipient specified in an application (if any).
The service provider turns down when:
1) the service recipient provides invalid documents, the recipient does not have pension savings from the service provider, or if he is the recipient according to the established schedule;
2) establishing the unreliability of the documents submitted by the service recipient for the public service receipt and (or) the data (information) contained therein;
3) non-compliance of the service recipient and (or) the submitted materials, data and information necessary for the provision of public services with the requirements established by these Rules;
4) the absence of confirmation of information about the presence of the established disability of the first or second group in the service recipient indefinitely;
5) a negative response of the authorized public body to the request for approval, which is required for the public services provision, as well as a negative conclusion of the examination, research or verification;
6) the absence of the consent of the service recipient, provided in accordance with Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection", for access to personal data of limited access, which are required for the public service provision.
When the service recipient resolves the ground for the turn-down to provide the public service, the service recipient shall re-apply to receive the public service in the manner prescribed by this Annex.
General requirements for the appeal
The appeal submitted in hard copy or electronic form shall indicate:

Free-of-charge
For individuals who have reached retirement age in accordance with Clause 1 of Article 207 of the Cod, the payments are made pursuant to the pension payment schedule approved by the Public Corporation.
For family members of a deceased person having pension savings or persons who performed the burial: within 5 working days from the date of documents receipt by a service provider.
For persons with disabilities of the first and second groups, if the disability is established indefinitely; foreigners; stateless persons who have left for permanent residence outside the Republic of Kazakhstan; heirs of pension savings of a deceased person: within 10 working days from the date of documents receipt by a service provider.
