Subject: In accordance with Article 20 and paragraph 1 of Article 79-4 of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 29, 2015, Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 773 dated 10/28/2021, Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 795 dated 11/19/2021, the State Institution "Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development of the Zhetisu Region" accepts applications for the inclusion of individual entrepreneurs and legal entities (except for subjects of large entrepreneurship) in the register of subjects of social entrepreneurship.

We note that applications received after the specified period are not subject to acceptance.
In cases when an entrepreneur submits an incomplete package of documents, or submits unreliable data or documents that do not comply with the forms established by the terms of the Rules, the organizer returns the submitted documents to the entrepreneur.
