The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with paragraph 7 of Chapter 2 of the Rules for Determining the Cost and Subject of Capital Expenditures Implemented within the Framework of a Lease Agreement for Aviation Equipment and (or) Special Transport, approved by Order No. 223 of the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2025 (further – the Rules), announces the collection of proposals from lessors regarding the cost of services for providing aviation equipment on lease according to the appendix.
In accordance with paragraph 9 of Chapter 2 of the Rules, lessors shall submit proposals on the cost of services for providing aviation equipment on lease specified in the announcement within 10 working days from the date of publication of this announcement on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
