Payment of the consular fee is made at the Consular Section in cashless form through a bank terminal. PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, as well as VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, DISC, JCB, and UnionPay cards are accepted.
In accordance with the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Consular Fees paid are non-refundable!
