The Ambassador of Kazakhstan visited the "Avia Solutions Group" international holding

Ambassador T. Urazayev visited the office of the "Avia Solutions Group" holding and discussed current and future issues of Kazakhstan-Lithuanian cooperation in the aviation field.

Vygaudas Ušackas, a Member of the Board of Directors at “Avia Solutions Group”, spoke in detail about the proposed bilateral investment projects.

In particular, they discussed the possibility of creating a regional training center at the Civil Aviation Academy of Kazakhstan (CAA), as well as preparing CAA to obtain certification from the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) for pilot training.

Training of qualified pilots in accordance with modern requirements of ICAO and EASA is one of the priority tasks of the aviation industry of Kazakhstan. Improving their skills on modern flight simulators will improve not only the ability to make decisions in emergency situations but also the quality of flight service of passenger and cargo transportation of Kazakhstani airlines to leading world standards.

A meeting with cadets from Kazakhstan, who are being trained in Lithuania by "BAA Training", a subsidiary of the holding company, is particularly worth mentioning.
