For requesting documents (e.g. Certificate of Clearance), the following documents in 3 copies should be submitted to the Consular Section (Please note, that all forms must be duly filled in Kazakh or Russian language):
- Application form;
- Questionnaire
- Photocopy of passport: front page and pages with visas of Kazakhstan;
- Consular fee (30 USD)*
