Divorce registration

Registration of divorce is made on the basis of mutual consent of spouses, without underage children and without claims to each other. In case of underage children divorce should be implemented by court decision.

1. For divorce registration without claims to each other following documents should be submitted:

- application (download);

- originals and copies of the applicants' passports;

- marriage certificate (original and copy);

- consular fee 45USD.

2. For divorce registration with claims to each other on the basis of court decision following documents should be submitted:

- application (download);

- originals and copies of the applicants' passports;

- notarial copy of court decision;

- consular fee 45USD.

3. For divorce registration of on the basis of a court decision with persons recognized as missing or incapable due to mental illness or dementia, or with persons convicted of committing a crime of imprisonment for more than three years following documents should be submitted:

- application (download);

- original and copy of the applicant's passports;

- notarial copy of court decision;

- marriage certificate (original and copy);

- consular fee 45USD.
