Registration of marriage is made after a month from the date of filing the application. A physical presence of the both applicants is required. For marriage registration, the following documents should be submitted:
If it is necessary to reduce or extend the registration period of marriage, established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a document confirming the grounds for shortening or extending the term should be submitted additionally: medical certificate of pregnancy, health certificate, documents confirming other special circumstances.
In case, persons who have not reached the age of marriage want to apply for a marriage registration, the consent of the legal representatives of the persons entering into marriage is additionally submitted
