We would like to inform you that starting from February 11, French citizens do not need a permit from the inter-ministerial commission to enter Kazakhstan by air.
From January 1, 2022, visa-free regime for the citizens of 54 countries, including France is also renewed. Under the visa-free regime the citizens of France may stay in Kazakhstan for up to 30 days for tourism, private and short-term business purposes. Herewith business trips may include holding meetings and negotiations, conclusion of contracts as well as participation in conferences and forums.
As of June 8, 2022, Kazakhstan eliminates the mandatory requirement to provide a vaccination passport and a PCR certificate with a negative result for Covid when crossing the border*.
This means that Kazakhstan citizens and foreign nationals no longer need a PCR certificate/vaccination passport to enter Kazakhstan.
