Determination of Citizenship Status of the Republic of Kazakhstan

• Application form.
• Photograph, size 3.5x4.5 cm .
• Document confirming permanent residence outside the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Other relevant documents (Birth certificate, Documents confirming employment history, Military ID, Certificate of secondary or incomplete secondary education, Diploma, Archival certificate - extract from the household register, if necessary, statements from at least three witnesses confirming the fact of residence in the Republic of Kazakhstan).

• Based on the results of the verification of citizenship status of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the consular office shall inform the applicant in writing of the outcome within 7 working days from the date of receiving the information and notification from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

• Service – free of charge;
• Issuance of the certificate – 45 euros.

Working Hours:

Document reception/issuance: from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

Reception days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.

Non-reception days: Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays of the Republic of Kazakhstan and France.
