Consular registration

• A citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan can receive this service electronically via the "Electronic Government" web portal.

When applying electronically, the service recipient submits an application on the "Electronic Government" web portal www.egov.kz.

• For permanent consular registration:

1) An identity document or an electronic document from the digital documents service (for identity verification);

2) A decision from the internal affairs authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the issuance of documents for departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan for permanent residence (for verification);

3) A completed registration card.

• For temporary consular registration:

1) An identity document or an electronic document from the digital documents service (for identity verification);

2) A completed registration card.

1. An application in any form;

2. An identity document or an electronic document from the digital documents service (for identity verification);

3. An insert in the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a registration stamp (if available).

• Through the service provider: 2 working days;
• Through the egov.kz portal: 1 working day.

Working Hours:

Document reception/issuance: from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

Reception days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.

Non-reception days: Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays of the Republic of Kazakhstan and France.
