The Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan performs functions to protect the rights and interests of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan abroad and provides services for citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign citizens on the basis of current regulations approved by authorized state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Consular Charter of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 1963.
