For requesting documents (e.g. Certificate of Clearance), the following documents in 3 copies should be submitted to the Consular Section (Please note, that all forms must be duly filled in in Russian language):
- Application form (Download Application Form);
- Questionnaire (Download form of the Questionnaire);
- Photocopy of passport: front page and pages with visas of Kazakhstan;
- Consular fee (without apostilling – 30 USD/ with apostilling – 65 USD)*
