The result of the provision of public services is a return certificate in the form established by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 5, 2013 No. 926 "On approval of the Rules for registration, issuance, replacement, delivery, withdrawal and destruction of a return certificate and a sample return certificate and requirements for it protection ", or a reasoned response to refuse to provide a public service.
List of documents for issuing a certificate of return:
1) an application in arbitrary form or a request from a competent authority of a foreign country (in cases of expulsion to the Republic of Kazakhstan or extradition to the Republic of Kazakhstan of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan or a stateless person permanently residing in the Republic of Kazakhstan);
2) a document issued by the competent authority of a foreign country confirming the fact of applying for the loss of an identity document;
3) two color photographs - 3.5*4.5 cm;
4) the original document confirming the payment of the consular fee (10 EUR);
5) the original of one of the documents proving the identity (if any), and in case of its absence, the Application for belonging to the citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
6) an appropriate document issued by a medical institution of a foreign country confirming the fact of a gender change.
